Végre sikerült ma egy olyan szószt kevernem szemre ész nélkül amilyent evés előtt elképzeltem. Afféle besamel szósz akart lenni, de inkább ez annak valami unokatestvére lett, ugyanis lusta voltam megnézni pontosan, hogyan is kell a besamelt készíteni. Mert mint olyan egyszerű, hogy elfelejtettem. Így improvizáltam a kelbimbó mellé kellett valami fehér enyhén sajtos szósz.

Pontos adatokat természetesen nem tudok, de sacc per kb 50 gramm sajtot, pont olyan jó ami van a hütőben apróra megreszeltem. Majd olyan 5 deka vajat is hozzáadtam, illetve 2 kanál tejport. Mindezt csak azért, mert nem volt itthon tej. Másképp egy jó másfél-két deci tejjel öntöttem volna fel, kis ételízesítővel “dúsítottam”, majd egy kevés lisztet is beleszórtam. Még nem volt kész… ugyanis egy 200 ml főzőtejszínt is beleöntöttem, majd folyamatos kavargatás mellett addig főztem míg be nem vastagodott.

Nekem nagyon ízlett a kelbimbóval.
Apropó… nem is tudtam, hogy a fagyasztott kelbimbónak is van főszezonja. Már vagy 3 hete vadásztam a boltokban azonban nem leltem. Mikor végre volt, egyből 2 zacskóval hoztam haza.
Nagyon finom sült csirkecombokkal ettük meg.
